Weekend – 2 nights (600 €) 60€ per person per night.
Check-in Friday from 17h-22h.
Check-out Sunday until 17h.

Full week – 6 nights (1,320 €)

Tourist tax is 50 cents per adult per day.
Prices with VAT included (10%).
Deposits cannot be returned but they are not forfeited, they will be maintained to reserve the house at another time, within a year (please give 20 days’ notice).
On arrival, all adult guests must present their identity cards or other official form of identification.
It is not permitted to bring visitors to the house.
It is not permitted to move the furniture.
Playing ball games is not permitted on the whole property.
Priority will be given to full week rentals in the months of July and August.
Christmas and Easter make up full rental packs.
