Activity for people not staying at the rural house:

Includes: Heated saltwater pool, halotherapy, Jacuzzi, Body or Facial Treatment with Wine therapy in the cabin, and a glass of wine or must.

Activity from Monday to Friday in the morning. Day and time will be arranged according to the schedule of our masseuse Macarena.
It is necessary to bring a swimsuit. The spa has individual towels, bathrobes and slippers.

1- SPA is the abbreviation of the Greek phrase “Salus Per Aquam”, water as a concept of well-being and health treatment, relaxation and beauty.

The facilities of Masía Spa Can Pascol are focused on offering the client a high degree of well-being. The Spa is a 50m2 room inside the Masía, with natural light that enters through a skylight located in the ceiling. Inside the Spa and surrounded by natural stone is the heated saltwater pool with Jacuzzi at 34 degrees. The Spa Room also has a Massage Room, Halotherapy and a rain shower.

Hydrotherapy: The gentle massage of the Jacuzzi bubbles reduces stress, anxiety and blood pressure; the heat and steam release toxins from the body (sodium, heavy metals, cholesterol, fats, nicotine and alcohol). Hydrotherapy cleanses the skin of waste, gives tone and elasticity, reduces cellulite, improves the entire metabolism, hydrates the respiratory system and has extraordinary relaxing capabilities. When leaving the Heated Pool, a warm shower is very healthy, or cold for the bravest, to tone the body with the contrast of temperatures.

Halotherapy: Both the salt water in the pool and the natural mountain salt stones arranged on the rockery in the Spa room create a saline environment. With the humidity, the concentrated salt microparticles mix with the air in the room and, during the course of a session of between 30 and 60 minutes, are inhaled by the users, reaching all parts of the respiratory system. It is indicated for children from three months, pregnant women and people of all ages.

2- Wine therapy Treatment: Choose between Exfoliating Body Treatment or Facial Peeling with Cervical Massage.

Wine therapy Exfoliating Body Treatment: It lasts a total of 45 minutes and consists of a Body Peeling performed on a massage table in the massage room. It is a massage based on grape seeds that has an exfoliating action that stimulates circulation, leaving the skin renewed, soft and firm. Followed by a warm shower, without soap, to remove any traces of exfoliant.

Facial Peeling with Cervical Massage: It lasts a total of 40 minutes and consists of an exfoliating action based on grape extracts that stimulates circulation, leaving the skin of the face and neck renewed, soft and firm. It ends with a relaxing massage on the face and neck with grape cream.

We work with organic creams made with Penedès grapes from the Foosh brand.

Grapes are rich in polyphenols, flavonoids, enzymes and vitamins A, B, C and E that improve blood circulation, providing a feeling of well-being and relaxation. Polyphenols are excellent antioxidants that protect us against free radicals, providing elasticity, firmness and softness to the skin.
