Pontons<\/strong> is rich in fountains, caves and routes for hiking, horse riding or mountain biking. You can enjoy a wild enough nature to be only 70km from Barcelona. On the other hand, the lands of the Pened\u00e8s, rich in vineyards, open the doors for us to enter the world of Wine Tourism and Gastronomy<\/strong>. You will find a great tour of guided visits to Wineries and Cavas with wine and sparkling tastings, pairings and tasting courses. Once at the house, or before arriving by email, we will inform you of all the most interesting visits and activities in the territory, as well as our favorite Wineries and Restaurants in the area. We also inform you of the activities for the little ones.<\/p>\n

-Guided visit with tasting to the Par\u00e9s Balt\u00e0 Ecological and Biodynamic Winery<\/strong>, to which all the vineyards that surround our estate belong.<\/p>\n

Guided tour of Terroir: High altitude vineyards in 4\u00d74 + Winery + Pairing of wines, cava and virgin olive oil. From 4h and \u20ac 95 \/ Person (the price may vary depending on the number of people and ages).<\/p>\n

-Guided tour with wine tasting and wine pairing at the Albet i Noya Wine Cellar<\/strong>: \u201cPioneers in ecological wines in the Pened\u00e8s\u201d.<\/p>\n

-Ride in a Carriage<\/strong> of the Maset Horse Riding, among the vineyards of the Bodegas Torres. From 1h and \u20ac 60 for a maximum of 4 people. In the equestrian you can also go on horseback excursions and the little ones can go up on a pony. Next to the equestrian is the Cal Cassoles Restaurant with a fantastic terrace among vineyards to make an aperitif.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

–Apiturism<\/strong>, guided visit to an Ecological Apiary in Pontons, 5 minutes by car from the rural house. You will learn how a beehive works, how bees live and their fundamental role on our planet. With excursion to the beehives and honey tasting with refreshments. Protective clothing is provided. Duration 2.30h, \u20ac25 adult and \u20ac18 under 16.<\/p>\n

–Visit to the Vinseum<\/strong>, the Museum of the Wine of Catalonia in Vilafranca del Pened\u00e8s, which is the Regional Capital and Catalan Capital of Wine. Vilafranca is 20 minutes by car from Pontons.<\/p>\n

–Vilafranca street market<\/strong>: Every Saturday morning in Vilafranca del Pened\u00e8s there is a street market around the Town Hall and the Church. You will be able to walk the streets of the Villa while strolling through the colorful stalls selling groceries, clothes and everything; our favorites are organic fruits and vegetables and Km.0. All ending with a vermutillu on one of the terraces in the Town Hall square.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

Depending on what time of year you visit Vilafranca<\/strong>, you can also enjoy the Castellers de Vilafranca during the summer, the Rooster Fair at Christmas or the Vijazz Festival in early July. Throughout the year you can take a guided tour of Medieval Vilafranca or Modernista Vilafranca<\/p>\n

The Alt Pened\u00e8s is 70km from Barcelona and Tarragona. The closest beaches are those of Vilanova, 30 minutes by car from the rural house, or those of Sitges, 45 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

For history lovers<\/strong>, the Santes Creus Monastery and the Cistercian route are 20 km from Pontons, the Montserrat Monastery 60 km and the Capellades Paper Mill 30 km.<\/p>\n
